Bosch Timber Floors, does not directly install floors, we facilitate high quality installations through experienced, trained and accredited trades who we guarantee will install, sand and coat your timber floor to a high standard.
In more recent times Bosch Timber Floors have raised the level so that for installers to be recommended by us they must be members of the ATFA (Australasian Timber Flooring Association) with preference given to those members who have completed accreditation with the ATFA to further prove their ability in the important craft of installing, sanding and coating timber floors.
Classy Timber Floors – David Balat

Brief Background:
David moved to Perth with his young family in 2010 having learned his trade and completing a qualification in timber flooring technology in Sydney. David has become a regular sander for Bosch Timber floors since landing in the West with a great reputation for the quality of his work with right-hand man Rob. With over 20 years’ experience, this team is comfortable on both new and existing floors. David is proficient in applying solvent coatings, waterborne coatings, staining and hard wax oils.

Brief Background:
Gavin and Steve are a pair of hard working Irishmen who have quickly established themselves in Perth. Gavin and Steve are both fully qualified carpenters learning their trades in Ireland. When first arriving in Perth in 2010 they began working for local businesses before forming a partnership and their own business in 2014. The quality of the work is undeniable with their business recently winning “Deck of the year” at the Australasian Timber Flooring Association awards.

Jon is one of Perth’s most experience floor sanders starting his apprenticeship way back in 1987. After an extended period of learning and applying his trade, Jon made the move into his own business in 2003 when he established J&M Floor-Sanding. Now a floor sander with over 30 years’ experience, Jon understands his craft intimately. Jon is proficient in applying solvent coatings, waterborne coatings, and hard wax oils.

Brief Background:
Josh is one of the up and coming installers working with Bosch Timber Floors. He completed his qualification as a carpenter in 2013 and then joined a friend in business specialising in timber floor installation. In 2017 Josh took the decision to establish JH Flooring and has gone from strength to strength. The quality of his work and the feedback from our customers has been so good, we see a long term partnership with him in the future.

Brief Background:
Rick has been working with timber floors since he was 17 which is longer than he cares to remember. Originally trained in boat building and furniture making, Rick converted to timber floors whilst working as a carpenter in South Africa. Since moving to Perth in 2004, Rick has established himself and one of the premier specialist solid timber flooring installers in Perth.
